金箔による截金と砂子で表現された、天からの祝福。 吉兆とされる白い鼠は、大黒天の使者として知られています。 手に持つ打出の小槌は、振ることでさまざまなものを生み出すとされる槌で、 大黒天の持ち物のひとつです。 また、瓢箪は思いもかけないところから幸運をもたらすとされ、古来より、富や繁栄の象徴とされています。

来年、2020年は子（ね）年にあたり、

干支では 「甲子（かのえね）」 の年となります。

甲子は六十年に一度巡ってくる特別な年で、

「一陽来復（いちようらいふく）」――

冬が終わり、再び陽の気が巡り始める年として、

大きな吉兆に恵まれる年といわれています。

「金」・・・純金箔の砂子、截金　　　 「銀」・・・プラチナ箔の砂子、截金

金銭紙（金地）に純金箔、金銭紙（金地）にプラチナ箔がそれぞれ蒔かれています。

朱（赤）と天然緑青（緑）の瓢箪には、金のたらしこみ技法を使っています。

A blessing from the heavens, expressed through kirikane and sunago applied in gold leaf.The white mouse, regarded as an auspicious symbol, is known as a messenger of Daikokuten.

The mallet held in its hand is the uchide no kozuchi, a sacred hammer said to produce many things when shaken, and is one of Daikokuten’s attributes.The gourd is believed to bring unexpected good fortune and has, since ancient times, been regarded as a symbol of wealth and prosperity.

The coming year, 2020, is the Year of the Rat,and in terms of the traditional sexagenary cycle, it corresponds to Kanoe-Ne (甲子).

Kanoe-Ne is a special combination that appears once every sixty years and is associated with the concept of Ichiyō Raifuku—a time when winter comes to an end and positive energy begins to rise again.It is said to be a year blessed with great auspicious beginnings.

Gold": pure gold leaf sago, cut gold "Silver": platinum leaf sago, cut gold

Pure gold leaf is sprinkled on money paper (gold ground) and platinum leaf on money paper (gold ground), respectively.

The gold tarashikomi technique is used for the vermilion (red) and natural greenish-blue (green) gourds.
