2022年「壬寅 」干支色紙 / 2022 “Mizunoe-Tora” Zodiac Shikishi (Water Tiger)

世界中のそれぞれの家に、私の絵を掛けてもらいたい。そして、私の描いた絵と時間を共有してほしい。

そんな想いから、干支色紙は生まれました。

干支という身近な題材であれば、芸術を愛する方はもちろん、普段あまり美術に触れる機会のない方にも、自然に受け入れていただけると考えたからです。

色紙という形式ではありますが、制作にあたっては本画や額絵と変わらぬ気持ちで、一枚一枚丁寧に描いております。

毎年この干支色紙を楽しみに待ってくださる方々の存在が、私にとって何よりの励みであり、心の支えとなっています。

威厳の象徴。武士はトラ由来の材料を武具に用いて縁起を担いだと言われています。

寅は、魔除け、火災安全、無病息災などを願う対象として親しまれて来ました。

皆様のご多幸を願い、箱根神社の御神水で描かれています。

It is a symbol of dignity. Samurai warriors are said to have used materials derived from tigers in their armor to bring good luck.

The tiger has been a symbol of protection against evil, safety from fire, and good health.

と言うご要望が多く、オリジナルの額縁をお安く作ってもらいました。

ご希望の方はお知らせ下さい。

写真の額縁は金が強目に写っていますが、現物は柔らかく上品な仕上ります。
